About The Position

Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager based in or near Baltimore, MD. This is a remote + field-based role with on-target earnings of $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus). The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, expanding access to mental health services, and making a meaningful impact in the community. Ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and enjoy connecting with people.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
