As a Territory Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario and reporting to the Sales Director. This role is crucial for achieving top-line sales and standard margin budgets by presenting and executing marketing promotions, developing account plans, and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will identify new customer prospects, sell the company's product value proposition, and provide full business solutions using your product and market knowledge. The position involves working effectively with distribution and End User partners, driving sales through End User activities, distributor sales work, and product demonstrations. You will also design and execute promotional plans, provide sales forecasts, coordinate trade shows, manage budgets, and offer feedback on competitive activity. Additionally, you will manage End User training on new products, drive sales growth with distribution partners, develop proposals, and establish sales-related organization policies and procedures. A key aspect of this role is gaining inventory support at the distributor level to foster market growth.
