The Territory Manager drives sales growth through development and engagement activities inside an assigned market. Market development activities will include increasing demand and consumer awareness thru marketing, networking, and education. This effort includes resourcing and participating in trade shows, home shows, workshops and various local organizations and associations (GEO, IGSHPA, etc). Distributor, Manufactures Reps and Dealer development is accomplished through influence, training, and accountability. This development will include increasing mindshare, sales experience, and technical competency. This position also requires consistent engagement with Distributors, dealers, Reps and trade allies to introduce products, programs and promotions.
