Responsible for selling products or services to end user accounts. Must be comfortable with scheduling travel and onsite meetings to solve customer challenges. Must reside in the US, specifically near/around metro Atlanta, GA with the ability to travel to cover the customer in NC and SC. ~ 40% travel to be expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years of industry-related B2B sales experience selling offerings similar to Zebra’s portfolio
  • Must reside in the US, specifically near/around metro Atlanta, GA with the ability to travel to cover the customer in NC and SC.
  • ~ 40% travel to be expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to customers in Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics highly preferred.
  • Understanding of Solution Selling concepts and ability to overcome customer objections.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, and Microsoft BI is a major plus.

  • Requires basic technical product knowledge
  • Has solid understanding of Products/Services sold

  • Prioritizes tasks based on criticality. Understands where to turn for answers and support
  • Understands basics of customer needs and/or business drivers of Zebra; presents product characteristics (features/benefits) to support required customer outcome(s)
  • Understands competitive strengths and weaknesses
  • Solves routine, simple problems (e.g., overcoming common objections)
  • Understands and responds with answers to customer's technical questions
  • Typically low to medium complexity (e.g. routine feature/benefit analysis)
  • Makes decisions based on established practices/policies and within fairly well-defined parameters; proceeds independently and proactively on relatively routine issues/problems
  • Takes Direction From: Supervisor and established practices and policies
  • Acts independently or as a team member
  • End users responsible for hardware projects; retail management or influencers on larger teams
  • Leads the process or closing business
  • Buying drivers and unique business challenges
  • Schedule calls and onsite meetings with both partners and customer contacts
  • Responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses
  • Obtainable individual quotas for the business overall
