About The Position

SCORE (Supply Chain Operations and Retail Execution) is a centralized organization responsible for ensuring Hallmark’s product is displayed in-store and ready for purchase. It is the largest organization at Hallmark Cards, with over 10,000 employees. Each year, the team completes thousands of installations, visits tens of thousands of rooftops, and services millions of feet of fixtures to effectively display Hallmark Greeting Cards, Gift Presentation, Stationery, & Gifts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4-years of professional work experience.
Minimum 4-years of people leadership experience.
Reside within 2 hours of Bentonville, AR.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of mass channel, drug store, food store, consumer product goods (CPG), vendor, or retail experience

Endless curiosity and strategic thinking: Able to leverage Dashboard data to analyze and drive decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of over 130 Hallmarkers responsible for bringing displays to life.
Lead, develop and inspire a supervisor team that sets priorities and ensures retail execution in over 900 retail locations across mass, drug, discount, department, value, and specialty retail channels.
Set and communicate strategic priorities for the territory.
Evaluate performance leveraging targeted KPIs.
Lead Human Resources and Legal compliance within the territory including performance management, talent development, and onboarding new talent.
Operate autonomously from a home office.
Make occasional visits to retail store locations in the territory to work face-to-face with the team of local supervisors and merchandisers.
