Requirements

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar)
• Strong sales closer - you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Own the room maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow
• Think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation
• Active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly
• Take the initiative
• Create momentum, generate opportunities, and find a way to win even when it's tough
• Dissatisfied with the status quo and always pushing to be #1
• Have an "I have to win" mindset. Quitting or losing is not an option

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in homes and businesses
• Sell and run your territory as a business
• Create your own appointments and run company provided appointments
• Track performance, identify gaps, and take extreme ownership of your results
• Track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates
• Optimize and refine sales strategies to increase efficiency and results
• Analyze sales data to understand reasons for success
• Create a high-performance environment without excuses
• Challenge peers, hold yourself accountable, and raise the bar every single day
• Know your numbers and live in your KPIs
• Push others to be better
• Support teammates and help create a culture of continuous growth and leading
• Actively seek out mentorship, coaching, and new techniques to sharpen your edge
