About The Position

Nabi Health provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress. Its clinical model is supported by an operational backbone intended to create seamless, reliable experiences for patients and providers. The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding access to care by growing Nabi’s referral network. This is a provider-facing, field-based role focused on generating patient referrals through strong relationships with healthcare providers. The manager works from a home base in the New Orleans–Baton Rouge territory and regularly visits practices in person to explain Nabi’s services and support providers through the referral process.

Requirements

Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
A relationship-driven, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care.
A demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing long-term referral partnerships.
Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s care model and streamline the referral process.
Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to support a smooth experience for providers and patients.
Manage the territory from a home base, make regular in-person provider visits, attend local events, and represent Nabi in the field.
