About The Position

As a territory manager in Quebec (based in Laval / Laurentians Region), you will represent WK Kellogg Co on some of the most respected and recognized retail operations in the world. In this opportunity, you will have the chance to use your consulting and sales skills to secure immediate gains as well as long-term customer partnerships with our retail partners across your territory. This is a full-time, remote position. You will be provided with a company car including insurance, gas for business trips and any preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent is preferred.
  • Understand the importance of the WK Kellogg Co brand and put it to work for our customers and consumers.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong ability to build credibility and trust.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Tenacity and aptitude for sales.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in budget management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license in Canada – A driver's summary may be requested.
  • Travel is a big part of that role. You have to be ready to drive up to 50% of the time, with 2 to 3 nights per month.
  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Driving WK Kellogg Co's Retail Presence – You will work with your WK partners to understand our retail clients' strategies and targets. By doing so, you will generate and achieve sales, stock distribution, display goals. You will also use your own strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase sales for your customers and WK Kellogg Co. You will be able to bring new ideas that the competition will wish to have considered.
  • Promotion Execution – You'll have a firm focus on fast promotion execution as well as shelf goals, based on banners and store planogram compliance. You'll work closely with your retail sales manager to ensure your territory-specific strategies are implemented and executed.
  • Improvement is the key to our success – we want you to have a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. You will identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other partners in the Retail team.
