About The Position
Veolia is seeking a Territory Manager to join their Environmental Services team based in Ballarat. The role involves driving new business growth within a defined territory and maintaining/growing the current SME customer base. This position offers a blend of office and field work, providing flexibility and autonomy. It's an opportunity for individuals with a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a business development or account management role
- A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high-level stakeholders
- Experience in Sales, the Waste industry, or with Salesforce (any combination advantageous)
- Experience using G-Suite, Salesforce, and SAP preferred but not essential
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Shortlisted candidates must be prepared to complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and establish new business growth for Veolia's Environmental Services line of business
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium, and long-term prospects
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels to provide a quality service that exceeds expectations
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and the marketplace within the defined territory
