About The Position

Incisive is seeking a Territory Manager for the Houston, TX area to drive new business and expand their market presence. This is a hunter/closer role focused on generating leads, conducting meetings (virtual and in-person), and closing new accounts. The Territory Manager will report to the AVP – Central and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a sales background, enjoys field work and relationship building, and seeks uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

2+ years in sales
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel within Territory
Positive mindset
Travel Ready (25%)

Experience selling in dental industry

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory
Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations
Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
