What if your next professional chapter started with us? We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager for Chicago, IL. The Territory Manager (Chicago, IL) is responsible to generate all sales activities in their geographic territory, including education of company products to dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants and office staff. The Territory Manager drives/reports all sales activities through the CRM system and works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales and business management.
  • Proven experience in roles requires a deep understanding of clinical contexts.
  • Strong supporter and proficient user of Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Skilled in leveraging digital platforms for business networking.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Visit dental offices, dental centers, and dentistry departments to promote/sell products efficiently and effectively.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide quality information on Septodont products.
  • Influence effectively and exhibit a desire to learn consultative selling skills.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adjust strategies based on dynamic market conditions and customer needs.
  • Follow sales processes and directions, including account targeting, CRM management, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Initiate and drive sales efforts independently.
  • Demonstrate tenacity in pursuing and achieving sales goals.
  • Set and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas are met.
