Territory Manager, Wholesale

About The Position

This is a Senior level management position that will be responsible for an assigned territory and all functions of wholesale operations within the territory. This includes, but is not limited to, production, team development/training, process implementation and execution. This position will be onsite within one of our Inspection Center locations. This position is not visa eligible.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time
  • The ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity (kneel, crouch, squat, etc.) for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
  • Requires to work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Must be able to stay in stationary potions for extended periods of time
  • Must possess basic computer skills and have familiarity with G-Suite products

Responsibilities

  • Quickly identify bottlenecks that affect site throughput, quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with the site leadership team and associates.
  • Foster growth and development in our Team Lead and Vehicle Condition Associate populations by supporting Development Plans and providing regular performance and competency-based feedback.
  • Aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects at home site and, if applicable, throughout the region/network, while implementing and training process changes.
  • Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Wholesale leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
  • Embody Carvana values through effective leadership, teamwork, and communication.
  • Uphold Carvana operating standards and processes.
  • Ensure all site leaders adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
