About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking candidates for outside Territory Sales Representative roles in our Southfield, MI office. This business-to-business sales position focuses on new business acquisition within the freight shipping industry, offering a value proposition that delivers best-in-class solutions and reduces customer operating costs. This role is the start of a career path with consistent personal and professional growth and significant income potential, with opportunities to advance to Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager positions by selling to executive-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred (business, marketing, and/or communication majors preferred, but any major is acceptable with a passion for sales)
  • Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
  • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • A burning desire to be successful

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting New Business (includes B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling)
  • Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
  • Selling and Setting Up New Accounts
  • Managing Accounts You Sell
