About The Position

Symmetrio is recruiting for a Territory Manager - Neurosurgery on behalf of a confidential medical device company. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role is best suited for a medical device sales professional with experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving physicians, clinical teams, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles County.

Requirements

5+ years of medical device sales experience.
Proven success managing complex physician and hospital sales cycles.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze markets, develop territory strategy, and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel 50%+ as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

Present product value, clinical benefits, and economic impact to key decision-makers.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles from prospecting through close.
Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Partner with internal clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support account growth.
Represent the company at hospital meetings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events.
