The Minneapolis, MN territory includes St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Duluth, MN. This role will make an impact by meeting and exceeding corporate sales objectives at the territory level, developing and maintaining strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts, and fully representing the vision & culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community. The role requires leveraging expertise of disease state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry and business trends to effectively manage and pull-through business opportunities. It involves delivering MLR approved, education-focused and patient-centric messages, as well as appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts, and achieving business goals on a quarterly & annual basis. The Territory Manager will effectively drive territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, work collaboratively with all internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients, and work closely with the field leadership team and internal partners to consistently provide customer insights and offer feedback on strategic initiatives. Demonstrating company culture norms daily through customer interactions, collaboration with internal partners, and a willingness to support others across the organization is key. The role also involves effectively utilizing territory business planning tools to help uncover additional business opportunities, managing and utilizing approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities, and complying with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
