Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Proven track record selling into hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgery centers
  • Demonstrated success developing new business while expanding existing accounts
  • Experience supporting physicians and clinical teams in procedural or surgical environments
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience with advanced energy-based surgical technologies
  • Experience with electrosurgical or tissue-management devices
  • Experience with cardiovascular medical devices
  • Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) technologies and procedures
  • Experience with minimally invasive surgical technologies
  • Experience with interventional or catheter-based therapies
  • Experience with operating room-focused procedural specialties
  • Experience in startup, emerging-growth, or rapidly scaling medical device organizations
  • Clinical backgrounds such as RN, CV Tech, Surgical Technologist, or other procedural specialties
  • Success launching new technologies, opening new markets, or building territories
  • Established physician and hospital relationships within the West Coast region

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth across a high-opportunity West Coast territory
  • Drive adoption of advanced surgical and procedural technologies within hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers
  • Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, electrophysiologists, cardiovascular specialists, OR leadership, and key clinical stakeholders
  • Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures, evaluations, and technology implementations
  • Lead product trials, physician education initiatives, and technology conversions
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and executive leadership teams to accelerate adoption and customer success
  • Serve as the clinical and commercial expert customers rely on throughout their technology adoption journey
