Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-makers, including senior executives
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to operate independently
  • Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in security, IT, or technology solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, engaging, and closing commercial opportunities within your territory
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and system upgrades
  • Convert legacy and competitor systems into Johnson Controls Security solutions
  • Renew and strengthen customer agreements to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using creative prospecting and referral strategies
  • Develop and execute strategic call plans and territory management practices
  • Partner with customers post-installation to ensure expectations are met and relationships are strengthened
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our security technologies, services, and industry trends
  • Deliver measurable results through consistent quota attainment and revenue growth
  • Establish yourself as a solutions expert and trusted consultant to clients and stakeholders
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-through
