This Territory Director is a National Accounts Director role within Nationwide’s Personal Lines Sales & Distribution organization. They role will report to the Partner Management AVP, supporting Personal Lines engagement and activation of assigned Networks and Brokers (firms) to deliver long term profitable growth. This is a senior level individual contributor role, which will manage Personal Lines relationships and results with assigned firms, partnering with the Regional Management team to deliver consistent local level activation, and where applicable, collaborating with Nationwide National Partners (NNP) on Personal Lines activation for shared firms. As a remote / work-from-home (WFH) role, this person can be based anywhere in the country, though close proximity to a major airport is ideal. Countrywide travel is required; on average 50%, and varying throughout the year. Qualified candidates must have Property & Casualty Insurance expertise and a skillset that includes strong collaboration, with the ability to closely and effectively partner with other teams for greater success. Strong preference for familiarity with and existing relationships within the Independent Agency distribution channel, as well as carrier-side territory management experience.
