About The Position

All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company seeking a Territory Development Manager for outside sales. This role covers Fairfield County and bordering communities in New Haven County, focusing on developing relationships with referral partners and commercial clients. Unlike typical outside sales roles, this position offers the opportunity to shape the business development function within a growing company, influencing the sales system for future team members. The company provides support including CRM, marketing, sales leadership, and an operations team, while allowing room for the individual to determine effective market strategies.

Requirements

• Proven outside sales or business development experience
• Comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities, not just following a script
• Confident walking into a business and starting a conversation
• Organized and disciplined about follow-up and pipeline management
• Energized by being early somewhere, not intimidated by it
• Coachable, but also willing to push back when something isn't working

Nice To Haves

• Restoration industry experience is not required. What matters most is wanting a role where your judgment actually shapes how things get done.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new referral partners across the territory
• Meeting property managers, adjusters, and contractors face-to-face
• Running discovery and consultative sales conversations
• Presenting All Dry's capabilities and points of differentiation
• Attending local networking and industry association events
• Following up consistently and managing pipeline through CRM
• Coordinating with operations once a relationship produces active work
• Weighing in on what's working in the field as the sales process matures
