About The Position

The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves effective fieldwork with minimal direct supervision, daily reporting of activities through an online system, and meeting specific norms for call average, coverage, and frequency. The primary goal is to generate prescriptions, increase market share, promote products according to strategy, and build strong relationships with stakeholders like doctors, chemists, and stockists. The role also contributes to strategy building and acts as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma minimum education
  • 2+ Yrs of experience
  • Prior/current experience in same therapy
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skill may also be considered
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
  • Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
  • Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitating Strategy building
  • A good Brand Ambassador
