About The Position

The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves carrying out effective field work with minimal supervision, reporting daily activities on an online system, and meeting specific coverage norms for the assigned division. The core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, promoting products according to strategy, building relationships with stakeholders like doctors, chemists, and stockists, facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/B. Pharma degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
  • Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
  • Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitating Strategy building
  • A good Brand Ambassador
