The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and reporting daily field work on an assigned online system. The primary goal is to meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. The role also includes generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, promoting products as per strategy, building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.), facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.
