The Territory Business Manager represents Dexcom, calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care and providing technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom’s products to support continued and expanded use. This role is responsible for influencing and supporting high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients. The manager will train healthcare professionals on Dexcom products, represent Dexcom at trade shows, provide education to pharmacies, and partner with various internal departments to facilitate territory sales growth. The primary goal is to increase Dexcom’s market share and meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations. This includes implementing Dexcom strategy, monitoring progress towards sales goals using analytical tools, and completing administrative requirements. The role requires significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams.
