About The Position

The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and reporting daily field work on an assigned online system. The position requires meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. The core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share, promoting the division's products as per strategy, building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.), facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Fluent and confident in communication
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy is preferred
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage
  • Good communication and analytical skills (for freshers)
