About The Position

Your community blood bank, BLOOD ASSURANCE, has a job opening for a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in the Chattanooga area. Blood Assurance is a regional, non-profit organization with a workforce of more than 300 employees. Requirements

Outside sales experience with a bachelor’s degree or prior related work experience
A high degree of creativity and positive energy.
Advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence,
Polished, professional and compassionate communication skills with ability to educate, influence, negotiate and secure business agreements,
Self confidence in making group presentations to the public, business and community leaders,
Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can rapidly change,
Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously,
The ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred

Responsibilities

Calling on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support blood drives.
Booking blood drives to meet monthly collection goals.
Develop positive relationships in the community to support and set up blood drives.
Travel 3-4 days per week within territory with minimal overnight travel.
