EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Brownsville, TX. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, telling them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems! They will also maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions. They will also promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience. Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement. Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
