EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Austin, TX (Central). This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The company is on a mission to transform the construction industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support is also a key responsibility. The role involves conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience, and managing and supporting job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement. Assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site is also part of the role.
