EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Tucson, AZ. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, telling customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. Additionally, they will maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and keep them updated on new solutions. The role involves conducting sales presentations and developing new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
