EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Texas City, TX. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role involves educating customers on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently, and solving their problems. Additionally, the Territory Account Manager will maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction, keeping them updated on new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business. They will promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications, conduct sales presentations, and develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. The role also manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, and assists with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
