SSI, a New Charter company, is looking for a driven, business-minded Territory Account Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role blends new business development with strategic account management, making it ideal for a consultative professional who thrives on building relationships and solving real-world business challenges through technology. In this role, you will actively prospect and schedule First-Time Appointments (FTAs) in collaboration with the Director of Sales—with the goal of uncovering new opportunities and expanding SSI's footprint in key verticals. You will also manage and grow a book of business by serving as a trusted advisor to existing clients—driving retention through regular check-ins and quarterly reviews, coordinating renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities aligned to their evolving IT and security needs.
