They will respond to inbound leads, utilize CRM systems, and focus on new business development and client acquisition. The role involves maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, educating clients on how EquipmentShare can improve their business, and resolving customer inquiries. Sales presentations will be conducted, and new sales strategies will be developed to increase market share and improve customer experience. The position also involves managing and supporting job site activities, including equipment rental, sales, and service assistance when needed on-site.
