EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Pensacola, FL. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Territory Account Manager will execute the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. They will respond to inbound leads, utilize CRM systems, and focus on new business development and client acquisition. The role involves educating customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money, make them more money, and operate more efficiently, while also maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and informing them about new solutions. The Territory Account Manager will also conduct sales presentations, develop new sales strategies, and support job site activities and projects.
