About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Niagara Falls, NY. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The ideal candidate will be ready to grow with the company, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.

Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
  • Employment is contingent on passing a background check.
  • Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Territory management of a geographical area, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  • New business development and client acquisition/account development by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
