About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at their Tooling Solutions rental facility in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tooling Solutions branches offer industrial tooling rentals including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and more. The company aims to transform the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support.

Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative with superior sales skills
  • 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
  • Industrial contract knowledge
  • Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive but thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
  • Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
  • Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
  • Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support, keeping them up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory.
  • Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
  • Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
