About The Position

Heartflow is a medical technology company developing AI-driven, non-invasive technologies for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease. Its products support clinicians across the CCTA pathway by helping identify coronary stenoses, assess blood flow, and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis. Heartflow is publicly traded and its technology has been used for more than 750,000 patients worldwide. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) represents Heartflow in a designated geographic region and helps customers succeed with its cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The role drives adoption through referring physicians and supports, educates, and provides solutions to customer accounts. It is customer-facing, with substantial time spent with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other stakeholders. The position is remote, with a home office and approximately 20–25% travel. The TAM develops and executes business development plans with strategic accounts, collaborates across Heartflow teams, and builds clinical programs that increase awareness, referrals, and utilization of the CCTA and FFRct pathway. Performance is evaluated against account growth and adoption measures, including quota attainment, CCTA growth, and FFRct penetration and case growth. Base compensation is $125,000, with variable or commission compensation and total target compensation of $200,000.
