About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Hillsboro, OR. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions, and more. The ideal candidate will bring energy and drive to their work and help build the future of construction.

Requirements

  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
  • Employment is contingent on passing a background check.
  • Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Pump, Power & HVAC (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling solutions) equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Territory management of a geographical area, responsible for full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • New business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
