EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is responsible for expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, and power solutions. The company is looking for someone who is ready to grow with them, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
