About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Tooling Solutions) to join their team. This role focuses on expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Tooling Solutions branches offer industrial tooling rentals, including power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools. The position involves producing revenue within facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA, generating revenue by renting directly to non-contract facilities, and working with local industrial reps. The role requires gathering information for RFQs, responding to inbound leads, educating customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and improve efficiency, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The Territory Account Manager will also develop new sales strategies, travel frequently within their assigned territory, and manage/support job site activities. Requirements

  • First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior sales skills
  • 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
  • Industrial contract knowledge
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services

Responsibilities

  • Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
  • Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
  • Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
  • Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied
  • Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory
  • Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement
  • Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site
