About The Position

The SEALS of Austin–Round Rock helps restaurants, hospitals, schools, hotels, grocery stores, and other commercial facilities protect their refrigeration equipment through professional gasket replacement and related sealing solutions. Our customers rely on us to improve energy efficiency, food safety, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operating costs. We build long-term partnerships that help customers protect their business. As we continue expanding throughout Central Texas, we're looking for someone who wants to build a territory, develop customer relationships, and grow with us. This role combines business development, customer consulting, territory management, account growth, and technical product knowledge. You'll spend most of your time meeting business owners, conducting facility inspections, identifying opportunities, preparing recommendations, and building long-term customer relationships. Once a sale is made, our Operations team performs the installation while you continue managing the customer relationship and growing the account. This is a full-time position built on trust, ownership, and results. You'll have the flexibility to manage your daily schedule and prioritize your activities while maintaining the commitment and availability expected of a full-time Territory Account Manager. Success in this role comes from consistently creating opportunities, building trust with customers, and growing long-term relationships within your territory.

  • Tech-comfortable with apps, navigation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Has reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Curious, coachable, committed to continuous learning, and delivers exceptional customer service while completing all required training.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, route sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in commercial services, facility maintenance, HVAC, restaurant equipment, or other technical field service industries is a plus.
  • Industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial customers.
  • Conduct refrigeration gasket and door component inspections.
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare professional estimates and recommend solutions.
  • Take accurate measurements and identify replacement components.
  • Order materials after customer approval.
  • Follow up before and after installation.
  • Conduct periodic account visits.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with Operations.
