Outside Sales Representative – Real Estate Services Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | No Commission Ceiling | Company Credit Card | Travel Throughout Colorado Looking for a sales career where your income has no limits? We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our Real Estate Services Group throughout Colorado . This is a business-to-business territory sales position where you'll develop new partnerships while strengthening existing relationships with Real Estate Brokerages, Independent Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Offices, and Industry Professionals. You'll become the trusted resource for our partners by educating them on our home warranty solutions, providing exceptional service, and helping them grow their business. This position requires traveling throughout your assigned territory to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and attend industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Previous Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry experience strongly preferred
  • Existing book of business within the real estate industry preferred
  • 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
  • 2+ years as a top-producing outside or direct sales professional
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business
  • Strong networking and referral-generation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory.
  • Build lasting relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages.
  • Conduct daily face-to-face appointments and presentations.
  • Schedule and lead office meetings, Lunch & Learns, and training sessions.
  • Visit real estate offices regularly to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Distribute marketing materials and promotional resources.
  • Educate clients on our products, programs, and best practices.
  • Generate referrals and expand your network.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM activity daily.
  • Meet and exceed sales, presentation, and activity goals.
  • Attend local networking and industry events.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
