About The Position

This seasonal position is located at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. The Terrain Parks Technician I is responsible for assisting with the construction, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of all terrain park features and trails throughout the resort. This role may also involve assisting with crowd control, guest education, and promoting safety awareness. The starting wage for this position ranges between $19.00/hr. and $22.80/hr., depending on experience.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years old
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read, comprehend and retain instructions
Able to exhibit sound judgment and maintain a positive attitude
Available to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
Ability to work during adverse weather conditions and on challenging terrain
Ability to ski or snowboard while carrying objects up to 40lbs. (Ex. rakes, shovels, sign)
