About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of terrain park features, ensuring a positive experience for resort guests. The attendant will perform daily inspections, identify and address any damage to features, and maintain clear lines and signage within the park. This position also involves assisting with snow removal and providing information to guests.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of snowboarding terrain park features required.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining safe approaches and landings for terrain park features through raking and shoveling activities.
• Responsible for properly identifying issues or damage that may have occurred to Terrain Park features.
• Responsible for maintaining Terrain Park lines and signage.
• Responsible for testing terrain park features.
• Responsible for completing Terrain Park Inspection Logs every single day.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of essential duties.
• Provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests.
• Assisting with snow removal operations with other departments. (e.g. shoveling stairs)
