About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of terrain park features, ensuring a positive experience for resort guests. The attendant will perform regular maintenance, identify and report damage, and assist with general resort operations as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of snowboarding terrain park features required.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining safe approaches and landings for terrain park features through raking and shoveling activities.
• Properly identifying issues or damage that may have occurred to Terrain Park features.
• Maintaining Terrain Park lines and signage.
• Testing terrain park features.
• Completing Terrain Park Inspection Logs every single day.
• Coordinating and cooperating with other departments as necessary.
• Providing information and answering questions about the resort to resort guests.
• Assisting with snow removal operations with other departments (e.g., shoveling stairs).
