The ideal candidate for the Termite Technician position will possess a 'can do' attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This role is responsible for the overall experience of our customers and requires a strong communicator who can provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork. The technician will compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend customized service plans that best meet customer needs.
