Termite Technicians perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices. They identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps. Technicians communicate critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to the treatment process. This role involves entering and exiting structures and crawl spaces; climbing over and on top of structures; ascending and descending stairs and ladders. Technicians use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills. They must tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, and damp and/or dusty locations. The role also requires operating and maintaining equipment and a vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order.
