About The Position

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Termite Technician Supervisor to join their team. This role requires leadership skills to ensure customers receive exceptional service. The position offers a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, competitive pay, and benefits.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
Effective verbal and written communication
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Proven track record in achieving sales results
Strong organizational skills
Basic math skills
Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
Ability to work 40+ hours/week
Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
Current driver's license and a clean driving record
