About The Position

HomeShield Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Termite Report Writer to support their pest control operations. This position is responsible for preparing accurate termite inspection reports, maintaining customer and service records, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting the office and field teams with day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • Previous administrative, office, data entry, or customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Professional and customer-service-oriented communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Pest Control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and finalize termite inspection and service reports.
  • Review technician notes, inspection findings, photographs, and documentation to ensure reports are complete and accurate.
  • Enter and maintain customer, property, and service information in company software and databases.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to obtain missing information or documentation needed to complete reports.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections, treatments, follow-up services, and customer appointments as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding reports, appointments, documentation, and general service questions.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, estimates, invoices, and other customer documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Review documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and completeness before they are sent to customers.
  • Assist management and office staff with general administrative duties and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Provide administrative support to field operations and other departments as needed.
