About The Position

In this role, you'll take the lead in inspecting properties for termite activity, providing accurate assessments, and recommending solutions that meet our proven standards. You'll be trained to use our modern sales tools, including iPads and company software, and will become confident in navigating a variety of environments, from attics and basements to crawl spaces. A key part of your success will be your ability to spot opportunities for additional services while delivering top-notch customer experiences. We value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the industry. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide comprehensive training-even if you don't have prior experience in pest control. That said, candidates with termite or pest control backgrounds are always a plus.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean five-year driving record
• Ability to pass state licensing exams with training
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening
