About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor to join their team. This role requires leadership skills to ensure customers receive exceptional service. The position offers a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, competitive pay, and benefits.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing tasks
• Overseeing appointment scheduling and service tickets
• Conducting daily check-ins with the team
• Resolving conflicts
• Providing coaching, training, and support
• Assisting in the field to ensure coverage
