About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor to join their team. This role requires leadership skills to ensure customers receive exceptional service. The position offers a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, competitive pay, and benefits. The supervisor will be pivotal in maintaining smooth operations, delivering top-notch service, prioritizing tasks, overseeing appointment scheduling and service tickets, conducting daily team check-ins, and utilizing conflict resolution and communication skills. Additionally, the role involves providing coaching, training, and support, assisting in the field to ensure coverage, and achieving monthly performance goals alongside the Branch Manager. Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
- Ability to work 40+ hours/week
- Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record
